Billing and invoices

Understand the wallet, call charges, payments, and invoice downloads.

Customer charge

Each completed call is charged from the organization wallet. The customer total combines metered call usage and the Vozon platform fee.

customer total = metered call usage + Vozon platform fee
platform fee = call duration in minutes × ₹1.50

Example:
2-minute metered usage = ₹5.00
Vozon platform fee       = ₹4.00
Customer total           = ₹9.00

Dashboard wallet values are stored and displayed in USD credits. Conversion uses the configured billing exchange rate at settlement.

Invoices

Open Billing

Go to Dashboard → Billing and find Invoices.

Select a payment

Review the invoice number, status, amount, and date.

Download

Choose Download invoice. Open the file and use Print / Save PDF when a PDF copy is required.
