Enable widget access
Open the agent Widget settings, generate a public widget key, and save the agent.

Set appearance
Choose theme, position, button text, and accent color.

Allow the website
Add the production website origin exactly, including https and the intended subdomain.

Copy the generated snippet
Use the embed code shown by the dashboard. Do not construct private call credentials yourself.
The widget key is public by design but must be restricted to approved origins. API keys must never be included in widget code.
