Create controlled outbound campaigns from lead lists.

Launch workflow

Use E.164 phone numbers and include only the metadata needed by the agent.

Select a Live agent and an outbound-ready assigned number.

Exclude recipients who opted out, are invalid, or must not be contacted.

Confirm calling permissions, local hours, concurrency, script, and wallet balance.

Track queued, active, completed, failed, and suppressed leads. Pause when quality needs review.

Action	Effect
Pause	Stops new calls from starting; active calls continue.
Resume	Continues eligible queued leads.
Cancel	Permanently stops remaining campaign work.
Suppress	Prevents a matching recipient from being called.
